 File Preparation

1. Setting your document size and including bleed
        a. Scale your file to a 12 to 1 conversion, so that 1 inch equals 1 foot.
        b. Add .125” of bleed (or 1.5” at 100%) on either side.
            So a 3’(w) x 2’(h) banner would produce a file that is 3.25”(w) x 2.25”(h)

2. Establish a safe area
        a. Make sure that any critical elements, ie. text, is within the safe zone.
        b. We recommend 1.25” within the final production size (or 1.5” at 100%).

3. Grommet placement
        a. Grommet markers should be a .02” square (or .25” at 100%) and inset from the final production size            at .0625” (or .75” at 100%).
